Draft — not yet legally binding

Refunds

You should never pay for output you did not receive. Here is how that works in practice.

This page is a placeholder. dubmy.video is pre-launch and this document has not been reviewed by counsel. It describes what we intend to commit to, so you can judge us by it early — but it is not yet a binding agreement. Questions: support@dubmy.video.

Failed jobs

Credits are reserved when a job starts, not spent. If a job fails or is cancelled before delivery, the reservation is released back to your balance automatically — no ticket needed. You will see the release in your credit history.

Unusable output

If a job completes but the dub is unusable — wrong language, garbled speech, truncated audio — write to us within 14 days with the job ID and we will re-run it or credit the minutes back.

Subscriptions

  • Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
  • Monthly minutes are use-it-or-lose-it and do not roll over, unless the plan page says otherwise.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first charge and have used fewer than 5 output minutes, we refund that charge in full.

One-time packs

Pack minutes never expire. Unused pack minutes are refundable within 14 days of purchase, prorated against what you have already spent.
