Consent is mandatory
You may submit audio only if you are the speaker, or you hold the speaker's written permission to synthesise their voice. We may ask you to produce that permission.
Prohibited
- Cloning any person's voice without their explicit written consent — including public figures, colleagues and family members.
- Impersonation, fraud, or making anyone appear to say something they did not say.
- Political deception, fake endorsements, or content designed to mislead about its origin.
- Sexual content involving real identifiable people, harassment, and content sexualising minors.
- Publishing AI-generated audio without disclosure where the destination platform or local law requires it.
Enforcement
Reports go to abuse@dubmy.video. We suspend accounts while we investigate credible reports and terminate confirmed violations without refund. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with authorities.
Marking
Every dub we produce is marked as AI-generated in its metadata. Removing or falsifying that marking is a violation of this policy.
